To use bilz.ai, you confirm that you:

• Are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

When using bilz.ai, you agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to share, or that violates someone else's rights.

• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the documents and data you upload to bilz.ai. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the service to you.

Some features of bilz.ai are offered as paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing cycle shown at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may update pricing; changes will apply to future billing periods and we'll let you know in advance.

bilz.ai works with third-party services (for example, payment processing, AI providers, and integrations you choose to connect). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for them. If a third-party service becomes unavailable or changes, parts of bilz.ai that depend on it may also change.

bilz.ai, including its software, design, branding and content, is owned by Nuvem Catita Unipessoal Lda and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written permission.

You can stop using bilz.ai or close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or for legal reasons. After termination, we'll delete or anonymize your data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we're required to keep it.

bilz.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that recognition results will be fully accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
• Errors in automated recognition results that you don't catch on review.
• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Issues caused by third-party services or integrations.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we'll let you know in advance. Continuing to use bilz.ai after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
